1. Introduction & Applicability
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the wwnbd platform and all of its services. By accessing wwnbd through the website, mobile version, or any other channel, or by registering an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
These Terms have been drawn up in Bengali and will be interpreted within the framework of Bangladeshi law. In case of any conflict with a translated version, the original Bengali text will take precedence.
wwnbd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
To participate on the wwnbd platform, all of the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
- You must participate voluntarily and for your own entertainment.
- The same person may not operate more than one account.
- You must register with complete and accurate personal information.
- You must use a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in your own name.
- Participation is not permitted from areas where online betting is legally prohibited.
3. Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
When opening an account you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials completely confidential. Sharing your password with others or allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at [email protected].
3.3 Account Termination
wwnbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Use of false identity or forged documents
- Operating multiple accounts
- Bonus abuse or attempts to manipulate the system
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform
- Threatening or harassing other players or staff
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
wwnbd processes transactions through the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The table below summarises the key details:

4.1 Deposit Terms
- Deposits must be made from the same mobile number registered to your account.
- Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
- wwnbd reserves the right to hold any suspicious transactions.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method and account used for the deposit.
- Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.
- Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
New members at wwnbd receive a welcome bonus. This and all other promotional offers are governed by the general conditions below.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Example 1: ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
Example 2: ৳18,000 or more deposited → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, excluding the deposit amount. Winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 15 (fifteen) times.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each player may receive the first-deposit bonus once only.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- A bonus cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement has been met.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time.
- wwnbd reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion.
6. VIP Program & Cashback
wwnbd's VIP program has four tiers. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits.

wwnbd is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity problems. If game progress is cancelled in such circumstances, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
The risk of winning or losing in betting and casino games rests entirely with the player. wwnbd does not and cannot guarantee any profit from gambling.

Upon account closure, any legitimate funds in the balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the registered payment method, unless the account has been cancelled due to fraud or a breach of the rules.
11. Applicable Law & General Provisions
These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with applicable law. If any term is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
